Orders and Shipping
Your meals will be delivered between 12 pm and 8 pm on Sunday and Monday unless you are contacted by one of our team members for other arrangements. For delivery questions please call customer service at 215.971.5553
Anyone can create an account by simply going to the “My Account” section, clicking on Sign Up, and then fill in the blanks. A unique password will be emailed to you.

Changes Order and Deliveries can be adjusted or cancelled if you contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order (firstname.lastname@example.org OR 215.971.5553). Please note, if you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipping date we will be unable to cancel the order. Order cancellations/reschedules on the day of delivery selected will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. Orders that are not picked up as cash/credit will also be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
Note: Any orders placed on Friday cannot be adjusted.
Returns and Exchanges
Please do not hesitate to send us a message through email in 24 hours from the date printed on the receipt to send a request for a refund or replacement. Replacements and refunds are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Same day cancellations for placed orders are all subject to a refilling fee for the price of the meal as it is prepared and served the morning of the delivery date.
Our pickup and delivery times are currently running on Sundays from noon till 5pm. Ever dish is prepared from scratch overnight on Saturday/ Sunday and packaged within an hour of cooling and placed in an insolated box complete with ice packs.
We are taking every precaution to triple check the orders yet because of the expansion of the business & new employees, mistakes may take place. Please let us know in 24 hours of any mistakes for your order to be exchanged the next delivery day. We will not give refunds for the orders which have been prepaid with no 24-hour notification for the cancellation. We work hard every day to satisfy our customers, if you have complaints with your order, we can replace your order or if your order is not as expected and we made a mistake on it, we will be able to refund if you let us know about it on a period of 24 hours after pick up or delivery of your meal.
